Ambiguous citation: more than one reference in your reference list matches it.

Possible solutions:

• Add more authors before 'et al.', if using 'et al.'
• Add a, b, c, ... suffixes to the publication years of the ambiguous references in the reference list, and in the ambiguous citations.

Example:

References:

Smith, J. L. (1984a). ...

Smith, J. L. (1984b). ...

Cites:

... (Smith, 1984b) ... Smith (1984a) ...
