After writing your paper as you normally would, using any word processor,

1. You'd come to this web site and click SCAN MY PAPER TO FIND ITS CITATION AND REFERENCE ERRORS .

2. That guides you through the simple steps for e-mailing us an electronic copy.

3. CiteRefs' unique analysis software analyzes your document and its citations and references. The result is an annotated version of your paper, with

   • A list of minor and major errors found in the author/date part of your references.

   • The body of your manuscript's text with

     • Correct citations colored blue,

     • Questionable or incorrect citations colored red,

     • Possible causes for each questionable citation.

   • A list of the references that were never cited.

   • Various statistics, and more.

4. We then e-mail you an analyzed, annotated copy, normally within 24 hours, more often within a few hours.
